To kickoff the Los Angeles Food & Wine Festival, the streets outside the Disney Concert Hall in Downtown LA were transformed for an evening full of food and wine.  Guests were treated to facetime with some of Los Angeles’ top chefs as they each served unique bites like the Dayboat Scallop Brulee that Chef Gregg Wiele of Patina Catering was finishing with a blow torch.  Emeril Lagasse hosted the evening which honored his new Amazon original series, Eat The World which follows world-famous Lagasse as his award-winning friends and colleagues José Andrés, Mario Batali, Danny Bowien, Marcus Samuelsson, Aarón Sánchez and Nancy Silverton introduce him to the history, techniques and cooking traditions of their favorite locales across the globe.
