2 oz. of Goslings Rum
.75 oz. of honey syrup
.75 oz. of fresh lime juice
a dash of Angostura
Shake and strain into a rock’s glass, garnish with a lime wedge.
Mistletoe Martini (Davio’s NYC)
1.5 oz vodka
.75 oz cherry brandy
Juice of 1 lime
Raspberries & Rosemary for garnish
Sugar for rim
Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice and pour in liquid ingredients. Shake until chilled and strain mixture into class.
