Christmas Cocktails to Impress Your Guests

Yuletide Sour (The Mermaid Restaurant, Hermosa Beach)
2 oz. of Goslings Rum
.75 oz. of honey syrup
.75 oz. of fresh lime juice
a dash of Angostura
Shake and strain into a rock’s glass, garnish with a lime wedge.

Misteltoe Martini (Davio’s NYC)

1.5 oz vodka
.75 oz cherry brandy
Juice of 1 lime
Raspberries & Rosemary for garnish
Sugar for rim
Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice and pour in liquid ingredients.  Shake until chilled and strain mixture into class.

Holiday Champagne Punch
This punch from Tabler Party of Two gets a great kick from headed cinnamon and cloves which are added to cranberry and pineapple juices and champagne for a tropical twist.  Mele Kalikimaka.
