Chef Daniel Boulud’s beautiful Cafe Boulud, located in the Brazilian Court Hotel in Palm Beach, Florida, has always been one of my family’s favorite restaurants for a special occasion.  The space was beautifully remodeled within the past year, and it remains a local gem tucked away inside the quiet Brazilian Court Hotel where many guests stay for months at a time.  Every few months the restaurant will host a decadent wine dinner featuring a special menu with wine pairings from around the world picked by team of sommeliers in the private dining room.  Enjoy the photos from my most recent experience– bonus points to anyone who has ever tried Squab before.
